but then again I don't recall Carmen Electra hosting it either...

I had a book about body language and societal customs, etc. and, if memory serves me correctly, it claimed that th (western) fascination with breasts was ACTUALLY an attraction to the buttocks.
In other species the buttocks is the natural entry point for sex/mating and presenting the posterior is a way of showing that you re ready, willing & able. However, in our culture, our booty is usually covered, so the breasts do "double-duty."
breast cleavage looks a lot like butt cleavage and the more you expose, the more you are sending out the "I am available for mating" signal. The book had side-by-side comparison of breasts & butt exposed the same amount an they are remarkably similar. Might explain the reason so many men engage in the "Russian" technique with a part of the body that won't even get someone close to being pregnant...
