I think you are going to have a tough time finding a lady with buzzed or shaven hair. I can't think of any off the top of my head. And I would really be surprised if you found a lady who would let you cut her hair.
From the appearance of her photos Natasha seems to have short hair, but certainly not buzzed short. I've no experience with her outside of reading her reviews and visiting her site though. I'd agree, unless you were willing to give up enough $ to make up for any business a lady lost as she waited on her hair to grow out this may be a tough one to find.
