In the past couple of days there have posts on this board from 6 out of town girls announcing they will be here next week.  Eros Guide has 22 girls listed under the catagory of visiting Las Vegas.  Yes, it must be convention season.  I time when local guys such as myself to take time off!

For you ladies out there, be alert.  Convention time generally means increased LE activity.  The boys in blue like to put on a "show of force" just before and during the major conventions.  I just spoke to my favorite lady here in town and she said the past few days she's been getting phone calls from supposed potential clients who seemed to have a hidden agenda, such as trying to get her to wear the chrome bracelets!  Let's be carefull out there!

Thanks so much for your words...this is my first convention season here..being a new Las Vegas resident and all..I for one definately read and re read all threads such as yours with any and all advice on LE in the area...Thanks again....

I'm going to vegas first week of december to look for jobs and apartments.  I'm definatly going to want to "party", too.  Is the threat of LE bad, should I postpone my trip, or just be carfull?

If you are seeing indies you have pretty much nothing to worry about. If you are trying to pick up ladies in bars or the street then that's where you have more of a chance of being busted.

It is ALWAYS that time of the year ! LE activity is always around in Vegas . You should be careful at all times ...........but enough here about this ..........some thing are better left unsaid in public . We are not the only ones reading these boards , Don't forget that !


A big convention doesn't mean more business . Especially Comdex !! Unless you offer real low rates then maybe you will be very busy .

As the cab drivers complain .....geez 5 guys just tipped me ONE dollar and they think they are being generous .

The Dealers complain - Well 5 guys just chipped in to place a blackjack bet , it was a whole 5 bucks !! ;-)

Freelancers and Agencies may make an extra buck by doing their scam thing .

Us true independents just find it to be a  headache trying to get to the hotels to our "real"  clients !

Comdex is a much smaller show this year (and harder to get free passes to the exhibition).  My guess is that attendance will drop below 50,000.  Probably see more people in town for NFR in early Dec (when BigPappaPump comes to town).

Come Jan, you have a larger CES show (along with AVN and some of the other adult shows).  Probably see more than 150,000 come to town for that.  And the Super Bowl is at the end of the month (or is it in early Feb now?) and when's Chinese New Year hit in 2004?  And MAGIC in Feb should bring in close to 100,000 again.  I think that's only scratching the surface.

NFR guys bring their own .........meaning there wives .
So ,  they don't get much action , or maybe it is the one special time of the year that the wife is finally given it up LOL


CES great and busy show for us and the AVN just makes them hornier .


SuperBowl also pretty good , although guys can be a pain when they have to be around their other guy friends ......... like they have to hold each others hands when they go gamble ........geez dude your a grown man , if you want to go gamble , go gamble stop calling the room every 2 minutes to see if we are done yet !!


Chinese New Year , yes lots of Asian guys ........but everything depends on the market during that time. and out of the 3 G's ( gambling , golf and girls ) Girls comes last .

Magic ??? well lets just say I would be better off if I was a gay  guy  , and the "FUBU" ( for us by you )  type think they can get it for free LOL LOL
Although lately more couples during Magic .


Thank god my business doesn't just wait around for the conventions or I would be broke !

But what else Happens in Vegas ......stays in Vegas  *wink wink*

Nice to see some providers participating on the Vegas boards.
Heaven knows they don't on the NY boards. Most of the time when they partake on the NY boards is to let the members know they are coming to visit.
Nothing much to say on the convention front since I only come to town for fun and more fun.
Interesting to see the posts on the LE. I hear it is getting worse in town.
Best I can say is ladies, be careful and gents, stick to the well known indies. Stay the heck away from the bar gals. That is unless you want to pay more and get less, LOL and maybe get arrested by an undercover cop while your at it.
I couldn't agree more about speaking up about rip offs.
I had a terrible experience last Xmas time when I came in and of course wrote the review. It wasn't a rip off (her name was Katherine) but just real boring.
I wasn't that savy with the site then so I accept partial responsibility.
