Any recommendation where "extras" are more likely would be awesome.
On a Saturday night, I'd say you have two choices.
Do the infamous Baltimore Block. For extras, check out Pussycat or Chez Joey. Mid level talent, but extras can be had. For better eye candy, but potentially less extras, check out Hustler or Little Darlins'. If nothing's else you bar hop from club to club and may find that needle in a hay stack.
For my money, I like Gold Club. It will be more of a night club (read loud music and a DJ) but the girls are hot and plentiful. Find the right one and inside or OTC fun can be found.
Either way, watch out for drinking and driving and be safe but have fun,
