NFL may be the most popular sport, but doesn't mean the others aren't popular.  Name a football player more well known worldwide or even in this country than Michael Jordan...with the exception of OJ Simpson, that is. ;)

Really, if you aren't into basketball, then leave the basketball threads alone or petition TER for a Football board.

Wisconsin beat #5 Michigan State.  A few weeks ago Kansas State beat #2 Texas.  Duke vs. UNC is coming up.  Passionate fans and players who care about the name on the front of the jersey.

The NBA does not have the same appeal.
