An alias can trash other members and providers without harming the regular name that they use for reviews and to get verified for meetings.
None of us use our real names but every provider and those of us who do not use aliases are willing to be accountable within one user name.
It is easy to look at the alias postings on TER and see that they are more likely to attack and smear like the drive by cowards that they are.
