Advice for Downtown SF under time constraints

Hi San Franciso,

What beautiful and wonderful providers you have!  Thanks for sharing some of them with us out here in Boston on occaision.  I always look forward to coming out to SF and planning to indulge in the hooby while there, but in this case I'll have family along and will be dying for a session but not in great control of my schedule.  If I'm able to break away for a bit (e.g., my family goes shopping and I have a little time free), are there any great incall providers (or ways to find incall providers) who might be available on short notice?  I'll be staying on Union Square.  What would you do if you were me?
