Why pay for an ad when it does not bring you any business?
I am more of a plan in advance provider, so if the CV & BP callers are more motivated at the drop of a hat, then we will never meet.  When I first started years ago I would jump up for every call.  Now I have no phone # available to call & I pick whom I play with.  I turn down calls everyday, and it feels good to be able to have a choice.

CV is garbage to me.  They let providers continue to use fake photos & they are always running specials for advertising, so I know their business is hurting.

Hidden Hills has given some sage advice!  Looking at the top 100 providers- and all the things he said..

You may also want to check a provider on Date-Check- it's just 1 more level that gives you a bit of safety.  That of course after you've seen reviews that show she is worth spending your time and money on.

has been said many times, by both providers and hobbyists, it's what you do once you've found a provider you'd like to see. RESEARCH is key. Photo verifications sites like google/images and tineye along with the normal google search of the ph#.  Try the top 100 TER providers for SD, is a good place to start if you want to see someone with experience (20 reviews to qualify for the list) Read the daily "new" TER reviews for SD.
