Okay ladies, I thought this could be a fun post.  What are some do's or don'ts for taking you on a dinner date.  I'm assuming hitting the drive-thru at McDonald's or Taco Bell is a instant date killer.  So, what are some of the nicest or weirdest places you've been taken out to?

I'm also assuming going out for Mexican or Thai might not be good on a date.  I know I enjoy spicy food but not sure that would feel good in other places...lol

and I am very fortunate to enjoy them often.

The one requirement that I have is that you treat me as a lady in public.  Affectionate PDA is fine, but I don't want to be groped like I'm bought and paid for (even though I am, LOL).

Seriously, though...I like being treated well in public ~ after the door closes behind us is another story.  So if you're looking for a wild lady who you can get obnoxious in public with, I'm not a good choice for that.  ;)

Any place can be fun if you are with the right person :)

I agree with the other gals. A nice dinner date is determined more by the company than by the restaurant. I prefer a modestly-priced family restaurant such as Fatz, Longhorn, Cheddars, Olive Garden, or even Moose Cafe.

Look nice, but don't wear your Sunday best. Good looking jeans usually fit the bill just fine. Unless you tell me that we're going to a 4-star place, I generally wear casual attire.

Treat me like you would treat any other gal you take on a date - be a gentleman, be polite, and use your manners. But more than anything, be yourself. I enjoy the social aspect of a dinner date. Let's talk and have fun.

Just remember, gents, good home training goes a long way.

I looovvvvee that Moose Cafe. Hit it on every trip to"Beer City".

The most important thing on a dinner date is the company you keep. The last little lady that I dined with (the sweetest, loveliest, smartest, hottest, arm candy ever) helped make the dining decision. And a most excellent choice it was.

On occation they would run into each other at the Justice Department's cafeteria. I wouldn't call them chummy (I don't think government people are allowed to be chummy) but they were aware of each other.

DC, where I'm from, is a very unfriendly area....which kind of explains my board behavior!

Desert in private first, dinner later and more private fun later.

Nothing beats walking into a restaurant with fresh "I just been fucked 7 ways till sunday" look on your face lol
