When I first got into this sport I blew it out...literally..lol.  It was like a novelty, I was having a great time and was super excited about how much fun I could have with $500 to $1000.  I ran around with rekless abandon, saw lots of girls in a short amount of time, even spent time with some of the tops in this field.  I have to say, maybe I'm lucky, but all the women I have met have been wonderful...honest, smart, refined, funny, classy, educated...truly amazing women.

Now I'm losing some of the excitement that I used to have.  I guess that's natural for any new interest one might pick up after time but I was curious if anyone else has gone through the same evolution as me.  Is it just the normal lifecycle of any interest...even this hobby?  Come to think of it...I guess it's like a marriage... I want the spark and romance back..lol...

because of my personal situation I've had to take hiatuses (hiati?) from the sport every few months.  Not that I was getting jaded with it, but when I come back I'm raring to go.  So take a break.  Either that or see the amazing Miss C.C. again.  If she doesn't bring you back to life, nothing will.

Mostly hot but sometimes I think about the money and the time spent and I take a break. There's nothing wrong with taking a breather and coming back. I took a 3 year break from the hobby and just came back a couple months ago.

I love meeting all the new people and spending time with the ladies, of course. I've met some really good people.

Think about what you want to do and what's important to you. If you need to take some time to assess your situation and then come back with the fire you had. Also, maybe you need to branch out with what you are doing during the session. Maybe you're comfortable with it but maybe you need an added spark in the dates. Or maybe not, as only you know that.

Either way, good luck with your thought process.

I don't disagree with other posters - a break from the hobby will certainly not hurt...

But have you considered changing how you hobby, or what kind of girls you seek out? Sometimes that helps.  For e.g.  I was used to seeing very young agency providers (18-25) a couple of yrs ago. It got a little boring. We certainly don't have much in common, and its hard for me to talk about their interests, even though I try. I then started seeking out older providers (35-45 range),and have been having  blast since then...I also try to repeat the providers. As much as we guys like to seek excitement of new pussy, sometimes it is a lot easier rekindle the old chemistry...

Also try repeating girls of different ethnicity and body types, if you are open for that...

I certainly don't have all the background information about your hobbying style, so these are just some pointers..

I don't think about the money I've spent.  I see new providers, I repeat with some, it's all good.  Maybe you do need a break, only you can decide that.  I'm not taking a break.  Sometimes I only see one provider in a month, last month I saw 4, just never know.  I have dates set up for the next two weeks this month.

Sounds perfectly normal...like a kid excited in a candy store trying all the candy and then getting too much or getting bored. Come down from the sugar high, regroup, and start the sweetness again. It'll come back.

Have you ever watched Patty Stanger on Millionaire Matchmaker?  

She refers to the playboy bimbo loving types as having "BBD" syndrome.  They can't ever be satisfied because their is always a bigger better deal just around the corner.

I think you might be on to something.... perhaps I've become spoiled and over indulged.  I'm not that excited about seeing just anyone anymore.  I just want the 10s and 11s...lol.

When I get bored with any of my hobbies including this one, I just pursue some of my other interests until the "urge" arises once again ...LOL.

Also, as that old saying goes, "Variety is the spice of life!", not only in the type of ladies one might see, but there are other venues of adult entertainment besides seeing escorts/indies that one can try out to add to the variety.  Occasionally, I still visit some of the Nevada brothels, as a change of pace, when I'm vacationing in Las Vegas or Reno.  When I'm traveling to another country on business or vacation, I always check out the local hobbying scene.  In many of the countries outside the good ole' USA that I've visited, prostitution is legal in one form or another which makes hobbying a rather interesting experience.

Just like everything else once you get used to it the "high" isn't as good. Drugs, gambling, pussy...etc it eventually wears you down.
