I'm fairly new to the boards and TER as whole, but your post has me terribly confused.  So I'm hoping you can help.
For instance, why is the phrase, "Okax [sic] try this", greater than the phrase, "do you use Female Condoms"?  
Is this particular symbol used to indicate stronger emphasis in intonation?  Or perhaps a priority of importance?
Also, concerning question marks, exclamation points and number signs:  They appear to be separate entities of hidden meaning all unto themselves.  Floating adrift from any particular sentence, but never too far away.  I'm trying my best to read between the lines here in hopes of extracting the full and true implication of your post, but again, I'm coming up short.

To address the topic, I don't and will not use FCs but others will. Just ask her if it is ok to speak freely in a pg rated version after you are screened. Most women who use these have a mention of that in their reviews.

Let me add that though you would not have a problem with him asking discretely you can not say that others wouldn't.
