Molly, I can tell you that for me, I definitley look for and prefer a lady that works from her home.  It so much more personal and comfortable.  I believe the key on your end is screening.  If that's not an option, a hotel is probably safer in that you won't have apt neighbors that get suspicious of the comings and goings.

Hotels are much much better.  Someone else has to clean it and you can move around for better anonymity and to maximize your earnings in various cities around and about.  If I had a static incall, I wouldn't be able to be as mobile as I am now.  And you only get a room on the days you need one.

Besides you don't want just anyone in your private domain. Much too dangerous if someone turned out to be a stalker or worse.....
