You need a box on whether you are allowed to cum or not as some BDSM do not allow you to climax.

Need a field or two for setting and equipment.  Does she work out of a dungeon?  Is it well equipped?  How well?  If outcall, does she supply equipment or do you need to provide (e.g., paddles, restraints, etc.)  IMHO, this is all as important as services provided.  

Also - does she do role play, and if so, what?  Is she good at it?  

Finally, you need to have fields for safety and hygiene.  This is an an area where people can get seriously hurt if the players don't know what they are doing.  Also - does she practice good hygiene -- e.g., putting condoms on dildos.

should have "gives," "receives," or "both." And that may be what he meant. He mentioned it with spankings on the top, and he may have meant it for his entire list. All of it should include giving or receiving. While you are at it, in the current review profiles, "rimming" should have a gives/receives/both section instead of just yes or no, as it is now. I meant on all and I think the drop down menus should have  "gives," "receives," or "both" for all activities that have a drop down menu. After all the transsexuals have dicks, some clients are women like hotplants or my wife who sometimes sees escorts with me.

One thing I would like to see would be a tag next to each review on the provider's profile indicating what services that session entailed, ie gfe, pse, bdsm, escort, massage etc.  It gets kind of annoying if you do a search for say 's&m' providers and you get a list of tons that say that is one of the services they provide.  Then you have to read through a bunch of reviews looking for an s&m session, only to sometimes not even find any at all.

There should be a means to indicate:

It's too hard to find the reviews for BDSM providers.  Anytime I try to search for someone and I check the "S&M provided" option, I get just get the hundreds of providers who list bondage as an option but in reality it's something that they rarely do.  

If you can't limit this category to providers who exclusively specialize in bondage, then make it easier for me to filter the reviews for bondage related activity.  Again, when I check on the "S&M" category for actual services provided, I get tons of providers, but I have to read all of their reviews to try to find the one that bondage related.  So annoying.

I agree completely!  Checking the S&M offered box gets many, many, reviews that immediately speak of BBBJ's. Not really a typical BDSM thang!  Even though checking the drop down for "Heavy" under S&M provides a bit better info, it is still often for providers that generally do something else as their MAIN interest.
