I am a clean and courteous hobbyist who is looking for a provider who will use a female condom. Are there any out there?

Some of us are just too small & tight to wear those.

I use them but always give the option to use the male condom for those that aren't a fan. If you want an intense feeling that's as close going natural as possible, then FC's are awesome! More ladies should try them, I was skeptical of them at first and thought no way! But inserting them isn't that difficult, just a little foreplay with a toy, and get busy! Literally... Play safe all!
