Lets say you gave someone your business info and he uses it to see the providers, including agency girls.
Is it possible for me to get a lawyer and demand a removal from such list?

I blame my entire first marriage on it, not to mention every other stupid thing I've done in my life.

See alcohol can cause drunk walking, drunk eating, and drunk driving. Fortunately only one of those actions are prosecutable. lol

it is doubtful and certainly it would be expensive to try to alter agency documents unless agency was willing. You might be able to have a  court order that a disclaimer be added to the file noting that the person named claims not to be the one identified and that there was a n identity theft but you would have to prove that to a court/judge and that would be difficult and costly. Removal of names from list, whether agency or black lists seems to be a very difficult thing to do unless there is a willingness on their part to comply.

I was going to use that excuse (someone stole my identity and used it to "see" providers) if and when I ever get "caught". Well, I guess I will just have to cross that one off my list and use excuse #2: It must have been the Ambien that caused me to "sleep Hobby".  (FYI, Ambien can cause side effects such as sleep walking, sleep eating, and sleep driving)

So, will one get in trouble if his name and phone number and work info show up?>
