I was told by a drunken client to leave because he didn't like my views on topics he chose. For instance, he thought utopia was ideal and I said, "the only way utopia could exist (within their own boundaries, of course) is with the existence of chaos and anarchy within the system."

Oops, I was asked a question and he didn't like my answer and kicked me out.

I've never in twelve years of befriending boys and gents been told to leave over such a petty matter.

Giselle, why would anyone see you drunk, you should be savored (at least from the beginning) sober. You are the real thing, I know.  His definiton is the standard one, and yours is interesting, he should have enjoyed persuing your thoughts.  You are interesting and you should respectfully be yourself.

While the definition that you disclosed may be harbored as truth, it still instills the fact that utopia is impractical  and idealistic.  Brings me back to my slippery, wet soapbox, which is entirely unnecessary as I'm not known for my opinions. Chaos and anarchy within the system creates more peace among the masses. Why else would people chicken neck to catch a glimpse of a fiery auto crash or watch the news to hear the details about the latest senseless gun slayings...

Anyways, I'm over it and I should just keep my mouth shut.  Just don't try and talk to me about The Fountainhead, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance or Siddhartha and if J.D  Salinger's Catcher in the Rye is your favorite book you better know the whole story behind that mess of a claim to fame for every vapid coed in our "supposed" learning structures.
