Called twice, told me to conact via email (Which I now feel is a blowoff?) conatcted via email, gave them my Rs2k info and no responses?

You had problem with Thai Palace last year as well.  Not sure why the issues are occurring but it easier to simply move on.

Good advice...personally, my experience with Thai Palace is that the quality has gone way done but the prices keep going up.
