If I was Running TER....

Lots of laughing... Just clicked on the "The Top Ten Posters of this Board" and noticed that my name popped up on top with my meager participation compared to the good ole days.

If I was running TER.... The #1 poster for a board would have a free month of VIP membership.

If I was running TER.... Ladies that did not post on the discussion boards at least 15x a month would not be allowed to run free ads.

That's just me.... but of course I remember TER back in the good ole days when these boards were much more fun.

What say You?

have you seen the cobwebs on the Phoenix board ?

Is it really the alias thing???,  I mean all the old non-alias are missing.  This is supposed to be a "discussion" board, but it seems as if it's only for ISO's

1. Ladiies, that advertise a 'password protected' website(the kind you have to regester for just to get info), That would not be allowed.
2. NCNS reviewes would be allowed.
3. Hobbiests should be able to, somehow/somewhere, tell the providers we Hate parts or even all of their site.
4. Admin, or whomever, would Not change rating scores.
5. Ads, with pics over 1 yrar old, would not be allowed.

This just a few.

I'm sure the alias thing has a little bit to do with it but IMO, some of the reasons that posters were using multiple aliases were for reasons not originally intended when the alias option was set up.

I think it has more to do with the Ad Boards being created. You'll notice that some of the ladies just running ads have not been on the discussion boards in months and not participating in the tamest of threads.

It's always nice to have a ladies opinion on some topics... and many of them have dropped off of the discussion boards since the Ad board was created. Maybe it's just me, but when the ladies participate in a thread on the discussion board.... the threads just get a lot more interesting.

Just my thoughts..

Very special and different than other cites.  But it takes both, I imagine we only represent a small portion of their clients.  To make the time the spend on this board worthwhile we need more hobbyist participation as well.

Personally I think we need to plan something, a multi day event, something that will make this more meaningful, and hopefully attract, or bring back, participants.
