I will be attending meetings at South Point Casino this weekend and was wondering about the place. Never been before. Provider friendly? Information appreciated.
It a fairly nice casino, very spacious, cheap tables, there's always multiple $5 craps table and $1 roulette, they used to have $1 blackjack but last time the lowest I saw was $5. They always have a 2/4 poker game as well and a nice stadium sports book. They have all the amenities, restaurants, spa, and there's a bowling alley and a movie theater. It's not the same high end quality as the strip, but it's better than the Rivera or Circus Circus. The odds are the same as downtown but not as cramped.
Draw back on the tables is they don't have the roll history signs on roulette, and the craps table are felt on slate, so very little bounce, but they were just resurfaced which made them acceptable.
There have been other posts in the past and several ladies travel to the South Point. And the waitresses have the biggest boobs; they all wear this playboy bunny style one piece with an amazing self and plunging neckline.
Have been there a few times.
Nothing flash but provider friendly! Very casual so not a good idea to dress up in fishnets and thigh highs!!!
The Southpoint is a great hotel. They do have security after 8pm at the elevators so you may have to meet your lady friends downstairs.
Have a great weekend.
Stayed there, a few times. Nice. Good rooms. On strip, but south of Mandalay Bay, by a few miles.
Close to Outlet Mall, and Bootleger restaurant and Steiners Pub.
Here is Cheapo Vegas' take.
