I also want to mention that many of us provide certain "services" that are not mentioned in our reviews.  I have been playing in this demimonde for a while with no review in 6 months but very loyal patrons/clients/friends (label them what you will.)

If done right your entire body goes into spasm, sometimes convulsions, to do it the lady needs to have a knowledgable understanding of the male orgasmic response, and experience.  I've done it a few times, I have a few reviews that describe the experience, i've done it with out restraints several times, but sometimes.......I can't imagine getting as close as I have and having a free hand,... yeah some times it's just plain torture.  It's difficult to find and achieve.

Read my earliest review for another lady who is quite skilled in all things male-anatomy wise, including T & D.  And yes I agree with the free hand thing.  

Strange how we'd trade that ultimate pleasure for a quick (read normal) release.  I'm also glad my hands are tied because at times while building, the thought of murder has crossed my mind......
