I'm curious, after reading this article, how many of us ladies have let our batteries run out in our sex toys?  I had no idea how "bad" it was...     but here you go...

Bullets are the worst! They use those tiny little watch batteries and I went through dozens and went back to fascinations thinking there has got to be a better way after one of the sales persons sold me a silicone dildo that takes bullets.

The one I got was pricy, but it was well worth the money to have a dependable orgasm every time (sometimes the whole vibrator stops working with a cheap one, never mind the batteries dying). I keep mine on the charger and it is always ready for use. I love it when there is no tongue around.
