So, I've been wanting to travel and just get out of Georgia, I've been working here for years. I haven't ever traveled for work, gone all out and jumped from city to city. So this summer I want to travel! What are some cities I should definitely go to and should be pretty profitable?

From a Californian's perspective, I'd say San Diego, Los Angeles, and the greater San Francisco bay area would be most welcoming, but there's also lots of competing girls - both residents and visitors. You'd want some good marketing ahead of time (either that or "merchandising!" - I just watched "Spaceballs" the other day...)
Seattle and Portland would, I think, also be pretty welcoming, and might be a bit less competitive ...
Just looking at EROS I see a TOTAL of 5 TS on Eros Seattle, and only 4 in Portland, as compared to...

(San Francisco and San Jose are almost the same market - It's kind of common for providers to come to the area and drop in on a few towns during a visit: SF one or two days, San Jose or nearby for one or two days, Oakland or nearby for one or two days.)

But where are the best places to live? I was just in Cali and had a blast! I loved Orange County, BUT I think it could have been better. I love to stay in one place for about 4 days to really get the full effect of the city. However, traveling is super hard and Ive lived here in Charlotte NC for a few years and loved it but it has changed. I have a gorgeous friends who come here to Charlotte NC and they hate it. But I think thats for any place. Atlanta has taken a turn turning into a nightmare for these girls to work bc of Law Enforcement doing busts etc. I want to settle down somewhere and I honestly think it will be Orange County California. Ive traveled through Kentucky and there was nothing!!

Going up and down the East Coast was fantastic back in the day. So now I have a crazy decision to make. Either go to Cali and try to make this work or just retire from the business and go back to school!
I was horrified by these guys who wanted to see me for $100 in Cali! If you dont have at least 10k behind you in funds ladies PLEASE stay put! I was very thankful for Starks advice when I contacted her and I wish that we could all come together to help each other out! I love Chicago and I would move there but Ive been told once youre a resident its terrible that the money runs dries.

Many of the motels near John Wayne Airport are chock full of workers. Try the Clarion, ok rooms and exterior hallways-- so vital for admirers able to slink away unnoticed.

I agree, Portland is very much under served. Same BP posts every day and most look to be fake. Also, PDX is a very permissive city, more strip clubs per capita than any other city in the country. Come visit!
Totally selfish, but come to Chicago! All of us guys are just saying the area we are in because we like variety in our girls. Your best bet is to listen to a fellow provider who has actually done the travelling and knows where you'll make the most! But add Chicago to River's list... LOL
But yeah, besides that, Chicago can bee a very good city or a very bad one. It really depends on being willing to wade through a lot of trash to find the good guys. I'd hit the boards here hard to get these guys if going to Chicago. Eros or the Voldemort classified site can be useless some times. TER and 1 other notable Midwest board are good places to start for the city.

Are you travelling on the road from city to city? Most girls I know do a tour of the east/ west coast and hit all of the major cities in 2~3 weeks. I'm sure that's more profitable but also more stressful. Personally I like to stay in one place for a week and head straight home so it's much more relaxing and gives me time to get use to each city. I usually keep my luggage at the hotel after checking out and use the rest of the last day to check out the city before heading home. So far I have only been going to NYC and DC, both cities are very close to my home city Philadelphia. I do have Chicago and Boston on my to visit list as well, hopefully for early next year.

If you've never toured while in a different city, you may wish to "find your sea legs" before committing to a month-long road trip up and down the East Coast. 
I think that the big issues of touring while trans -- figuring out transportation and lodging, keeping expenses under control, staying safe in a new (to you) city -- they're really no different than a cis provider's considerations.
The trans-specific issues, perhaps unintuitively, are that touring trans providers can often make bank in smaller cities where there aren't a lot of trans providers (or there aren't a lot of trans providers of certain racial types or other attributes).
It definitely helps if you have your ID and gender marker matching your presentation but I have done A LOT of traveling and touring and it hasn't made any terrible situations thus far
Getting banned from Eros was possibly the best thing that's happened to me. Prior to that, I'd only visit cities that were 500k pop or higher. As the Voldemort site and a couple other classified and escort malls have become my main means of advertising, I've found that I can clean up in a town with as few as 60k people in it.
Having just finished an 8montg tour and only visiting three cities with a population over 1mil, o found that cities with about 150-300 k to be the best, as there are only a handful of other TS providers there, or myself being the only one (nearly always being the highest rated helps too).
I've also, anecdotally, found a correlation between city size, voting habits, and requests to be a top. As city size decreases and voting moves to the right, the number of request to put a big peg in a small hole has an inverse increase.
When you only stay in 3 cities for 8 months do you stay in hotels??

I suggest you focus on one area, (West Coast, Midwest or the Northeast). You can do the West Coast which will be so beautiful weather-wise in the summer and include California of course, Seattle, PDX, Las Vegas, Arizona and Denver or hit up the Northeast where I think where it will be most profitable for you, Boston, NYC, Philly, NJ, and the DMV or Hitting the midwest which will also be profitable because of the lack of talent there which is the gold mine for me personally lol (Kansas City, STL, Indy, Omaha, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, etc. Good Luck! I love traveling and love meeting my fans from all across the USA. It's also nice to learn about each cities personalities and cultures.

DC/Tysons Corner is a spot a lot of lovely ladies visit when traveling. A lot of hotel options, plenty of site seeing, when not busy, and very safe.

San Diego is cute but I was there for like 2 weeks and I was horrified when it went dry! Everyone in Cali keeps complaining about the economy and how everyone is leaving!

This summer would be a good time to visit Denver just in case the DOJ decides to shut down the Rec pot industry and put the kay-bosh on all the folks visiting here for that very reason.
