As for your observation, I don't consider myself an expert, but I'm actually paid to be an expert on several things in Mexico and in Tijuana in particular. So I agree with you, but the people that cut my check do not agree with us. They seem to still think I'm worth it.
Kadjevic first showed up on this board two months ago and tries to present himself as an expert. He has no posts on the San Diego, Newbie, or General Discussion boards, and no reviews.
Based on the posts I've read, I'll just skip over any others. He sounds like a guy with too much free time.

I think a big difference is I can back up my opinions with logic and with fact. That's a far cry from people that say "Prostitution is legal everywhere in Tijuana. Trust me -- I asked an attorney" or any other type of lunacy like that.
If someone disagrees with me, then I would love to hear it. I don't have a problem with that at all. What I do have a problem is someone who comes here and tells me they know a guy who knew a guy who thought he heard a guy say this.... That is utter nonsense. I'd prefer to hear some information first-hand if I'm going to believe it.
Wild theories, empty assumptions, and heresay based on what some guy said one time is not helpful and might get some people into quite a jam. Then when that doesn't work, we just fall back to insults and vagueness.
Is anyone on this board actually from Mexico or currently lives there based on occupation or something similar? Or is this board just yankees that cross the border because they think they get treated better than in California? Would be nice to chat with some fellow locals, preferably businessmen about the scene so I can get some good suggestions regarding new talent. It's somewhat difficult for tourists to comprehend and we will always hit a wall.

There's not a thing wrong with that and as I said, everyone is entitled to their opinions. Because it would be boring if we all thought/posted alike!
So now I'm supposed to be some kind of gypsy? I'm not talking "smack" about "the chicas", whoever they are supposed to be. You speak like I have some kind of problem with women. I don't. I just don't put undereducated prostitutes on that high of a rung on the ladder like many people do. Society agrees with me on this as well as a prostitute's testimony in court is usually not allowed to be used as evidence. But hey, you can ask Burt, who apparently is the American legal expert on Mexican law because he knows a lawyer.... ? The hours and hours I spend in the courts do not count, apparently since I'm not a yankee.
The majority of the prostitutes here may not be bad people, but don't expect something of them that they don't come with, like a 5th grade reading ability for example, or the ability to comprehend anything that is not on television. I know that they tell you that they are 3 credits away from being a heart surgeon and you believe it, but the truth is that most do not even have a middle school education. I don't say that to be mean, I just know people and it's the same thing every time. If you consider that "talking smack" then I don't know what to tell you. Believe what you want to believe I suppose. That the prostitutes in Tijuana are extremely highly educated and classy, they just are prostitutes because working in an office is boring. Does that comfort you?
And please, let's keep it English, shall we mate? I can do Spanish if you want, but I don't like to mix and match. I wasn't fortunate enough to attend the schools that most of these prostitutes that live here have, so I'm confined to speaking one language at a time. Please excuse my savagery.
