To start with, bisexuality is generally more common in women than in men, because female sexuality tend to be more fluid. On top of that, when you talk about providers, they tend to generally be a more open crowd. It doesn't surprise me at all that many providers are bi, or at least, open to having sex with women.

If we're not actively making out with another woman, often times femme-presenting gals out in the civvie world are assumed to be straight unless proven otherwise. If you saw me outside of this world, you probably wouldn't know I had a girlfriend until I mentioned her, for example - even if you saw us holding hands. After all, we both have long hair and wear makeup and dresses... the only giveaway is our body language, and the fact that regardless of which shade of lipstick we're both wearing at the start of the day we'll end up with something in between the two by nightfall!

Some of the civvie ladies are just very, very subtle.
