wake her up. I've seen her over 15 times but this is the first time she's ever fallen asleep afterwards. It was a surprise for me, though sort of a pleasant one, I think? Several thoughts came to my mind. Did I tire her out? No, I don't think so. We've only done it once that night. Maybe she had a little too much to drink? She did have at least five tequila shots. Or is she comfortable enough with this regular that she's willing to let her guard down a little? Or, oh my god, did I bore her to sleep?
I've seen her regularly for over a year. This is our first dinner date after many one-, one-and-a-half, and two-hour sessions. She's chosen to eat in and prepared a wonderful 5-course dinner. That was very nice of her and I brought "special" gifts for her for this special evening.
After dinner, we adjourned to the bedroom to get intimate (she offered to that before dinner but I chose to eat first. Should I have taken up that offer? You think she made that offer for a special reason?). We enjoyed ourselves in the sack. After she cleaned me up, she came lying next to me naked and I stroked her back. Then she fell asleep after we had some conversations. I was ready for another round but was wondering if I should wake her up. Though I didn't get my second, it did feel kind of good, strangely, to have her naked body next to me. I wouldn't have minded to have her wake up in the morning next to me but felt that I might be taking advantage of her (time-wise). All kinds of thoughts came into my head. Would she be offended if I'd awakened her up?

I have been the doser on occasion. (Sometimes my gals do wear me out.) On those occasions the lass has not been shy about shaking me awake, and, blushing just a bit, I got dressed and made my way out.
If I had been in that situation, I would not take advantage but would slip out quietly, maybe leave a little mash note on the pillow, and mix some water in with the wine next time.
A little too much to drink? I think that "at least" five shots of tequila would have killed me. Assuming she can handle her liquor, I still believe she probably passed out from over-consumption.
Waking her for sex would probably not have been a mistake as long as you did not take advantage of her inebriated state and perform an act you know or feel she would not have agreed to had she been sober, regardless of who initiated it or what she said at the time. I am assuming you what are well-informed of her policies after fifteen sessions.
Personally, no I have never passed out from too much alcohol during a session. I have dozed off from time to time afterward and of course during an overnight session, I have slept. But I would never see someone on an overnight basis who I did not feel comfortable sleeping next to.

My take!
First, you've seen her over fifteen times for extended sessions. It's safe to assume that she is your ATF, and that she is very comfortable with you.
Secondly, she wanted to "Eat in", and prepared you a special five course dinner. This would indicate that you are very special to her. Her offer of sex before dinner may have suggested that she was planning on imbibing a bit, vis-a-vis the tequila. I know of very few women that five shots plus of tequila won't affect, especially if she is petite.
Thirdly, she fell asleep after you and her fooled around. It may have been unintentional on her part, but here again, she obviously felt comfortable enough with you to let the situation come to that. You had two options. You could have awoken her as gently as possible. Five shots wouldn't have made her comatose, unless she was drinking before you arrived. At that time, you could have queried her about her feelings, vis-a-vis weather she wished you to leave, have more sex, or sleep over and fool around in the morning? Otherwise, you could have just let her be and dealt with it when she awoke. You never did say how you handled it, or what the final outcome was. Either way, I don't think whatever choice you made would have been incorrect.She seems like a special lady. Good for you Horny24!

out what she's doing or thinking. The reason why I see her so often is because she intrigued me enough to keep me going back. However, despite having spent some time with her, I can't say I know her well; she does tend to keep her personal life private.
I do think that she's a special lady, someone whom I wish I had met under a different circumstance.
To answer your question, I did wake her up. Of course, as you might've guessed it, the thought of waiting for her to wake up on her own did cross my mind. But the fear of her thinking that I was taking advantage of her caused me to wake her up and let her know that I had to go. I very much enjoy her companionship and was afraid that she might not see me anymore if she thought I was taking advantage of her in not waking her up.
She did appear to be coherent though she looked somewhat tired (maybe she had had a busy day). So I don't know if she dozed off because she was tired or under the influence of the alcohol, or both.
Part of me is kind of curious about what would happen if I hadn't woken her up and simply waited for her to wake up on her own. A little regret over my decision. That is why I made this post.

I usually take it as a gift to have a beautiful woman next to me in such an intimate time.
I dont take advantage and will wake them gently after a little bit and offer to leave.
I have had offers to stay the night on those occations.
I am not sure if you felt like you missed out or were ripped off, but if that were the case, talk with her. If she is a good business woman she will listen and talk to you to come to an equitable solution.
To me it sounded like a wonderful date. One any man would be honored to have been part of. Paid for or not!

Her falling asleep afterwards was most likely a result of her feeling comfortable enough with an acquaintance to let her guard down a little? It sounds like the two of you had a really good date and she gave you a TRUE GFE exp. She sound like a real winner, her offer the treat/ appetizer before dinner would have allowed a little down time in between before the main event = )
or eat first, shag later. What effects do you think the extra food and alcohol in your stomach might have on your performance in bed? Come to think of it. In my case, I tend to do better in bed when I have less food (as long as I'm starving) in my stomach. I wonder why I turned down her offer to shag first (after the appetizers but before the main course and that was an hour into our date, right after she opened up her Christmas gift).
I prefer to go with the flow, and do what every my date prefers. However a little smooches before and after dinner, always makes for a lovely time. Before serving as a preview, while giving the batteries a chance to recharge over dinner and a little mental foreplay, and then on to the main course.

I had a slepover the other night ..We started with the 4th quarter of the Panther's game and then we went to dinner....We returned to his hotel for the evening and we played for a few hours. He stayed awake all night long while I slept...touching and caressing my body...he didn't attempt to wakeme..although at one point I did wake up..very happy to be in his arms....I was VERY flattered that he wanted to touch and hold me...For him that was exactly what he wanted..Around 6;30 I woke up again and we played for some time ..and then I was asleep in his arms again..When I am with a Gentlemen for the evening I tell them they HAVE to wake me up in the middle of the night!!
I have had several appts where dinner and dessert was scheduled and for no further fee..I stayed the night with my client...due to travel or social drinking...Spooning, touching, snuggles are a PURRfect... way to finish.

Yes I have had that happen on several occasions with a particular girl I saw regularly for about 8 months.
