I think we've all seen a fair selection at both end of the spectrum!

When I was a wee young thing and started out in a small Sydney parlour there was a legendary client who none of the other girls would see because he was supposedly hung like the proverbial horse. the smallest I've seen was getting out of the shower on a day when the water heater was broken,  My balls had also disappeared.  The biggest I've seen was just before it disappeared into a lady.  

... and the smallest penis i've encountered was about as long as and a bit thicker my pinky.  
So...roughly 3 inches erect and 1-ish inches across.
Biggest he was a solid 11 inches erect and unholy soda can girth (well pretty close to that thick).
