With the eidetic part, I can use a memory to remember the person and the nickname I give them to associate with that memory. So as long as the client emails or texts me with their nickname... it will all come flooding back.

Of course. It's easy to recognize an email address that you're very familiar with, and even without saving someone's number, I'll recognize it if he texts or calls me a lot.

I only deal with a few at a time so I remember their number but i wonder if ladies get so many inquiries that they get it mixed up.
Absolute secrecy is not a requirement for me. I have a separate hobby phone, which stays in my car. I don't exchange numbers with girls until AFTER I have seen them to assure myself they are not BSC. Then I just have their first name and phone number. Most undies I see are email or PM contact the first time. Agency girls are by text to the number in the ad. Each girl has their own dedicated phone number so nothing to keep track of.
It's ironic this questions comes up because I am in the middle of overhauling some of my policies regarding privacy and security. I travel frequently, specifically internationally, and with facial recognition software being used and border agents/customs being able to take phones and laptops to search, I just take issue with people saving a ton of information. With that, I am looking at different ways to protect not only my clients and potential clients but also me. I just believe in being prepared.
To answer your question though, I will only save a phone number/email address if my client is okay with that. If so, then we are fine, they will be saved in my phone as "Mr. (Enter First Name Here)" and a black heart next to their name. If not, then I give my client a nickname or they'll give me one to use when they text or email me. It works well for me.

You're talking about he security /privacy part. I understand keeping that info might be troublesome.
If he declines to save his info you use a nickname but do you still remember his other info when you see it or does he need to repeat it every time for you to remember?
