About a year ago I deleted an email account that had been hacked. That email Addy was tied to my p411 account. I contact them explaining my situation. In turn, I was asked to answer security questions. Mind you, I made the account probably the same time I made my TER.. 8yrs-ish! So I do not know the answers, I honestly don't even recall picking those questions. Which is exactly the sentiment I shared with p411. I went ahead and sent a selfie, holding the days date, showing my face, and extremely distinct hip tattoos. To which they replied, please answer the security question. So again, I go ahead and send pic of myself holding a piece of paper. On it is my p411 handle, days date, and my current email Addy. Once more, I was told to answer the questions. It is quite maddening how I'm being, well essentially blackballed...
I would greatly appreciate any help if at all possible!! XoXo

Kristy, have you tried the "live chat" method of communication? If that doesn't help, you might try asking to speak to a supervisor by phone. The closer you can get to a live human, the more likely you are to get human-centric results! I hope this helps....
I can't live chat without having an account. You must login to access that feature. I will look into calling them, appreciate the advice!
