I love wine so many of my clients bring me a nice bottle of wine to share over our time together. It is always so nice and something to talk about as I am a big wine collector.
Has anyone tried to get a drinking thread started? I've long enjoyed meeting a nice young lady and also sharing an adult beverage with her. Has a beverage of choice type of thread ever started?

He is also one of the few "fucking drunks" who can keep up with me.
One night in San Jose Costa Rica he and I went on a pub crawl that would kill most mortal men.
I had made a board bet with him, I don't even remember what the bet was about, but the stakes were the loser was to pay for the first "puta" when we met in CR. Jake, sneaky fucking jew that he is, took me up on my offer to pick up the bar tab for our first night out instead. A hooker in San Jose is around a hundred bucks, our bar tab was more like about six hundred. Sneaky fucking heeb, no wonder people hate them. lol But it was a great night.
We did that pub crawl twice. And we are still alive. I don't recall what the bet was about either but, being a Heeb (albeit the worst Heeb in the world) I immediately knew that, considering the amount of booze I could consume and how cheap a Del Rey puta was, getting you to cover the pub crawl was a winner.
Here is my recollection:
1) A few vodkas at the lobby bar of the Del Rey.
2) More vodkas plus Tequila shots at Chubbs with that bar tender with the HUGE tits.
3) A walk through the Parque Morazon to the Sportsmens Club for more vodka and Tequila shots with the hot bar girls.
4) Not so drunk as to walk through the phalanx of Chica Bananas in Morazon we took a cab to the Golden Horseshoe for more vodkas/tequilas. I might have paid for the cab.
5) Stagger to the Little Marlin Bar -- more of the same.
6) Good thing we were, by now, right across the street from the Del Rey so we stagger to our rooms. I like to fuck drunk as much as the next monger but by then I was TDTF (Too Drunk To Fuck).
So, yes, I think I "won" that one.
I still have a liver. You seem to also. Most would not.
You are right up until about number four. We didn't go to the Golden Horseshoe which is full of chinks, but ended up at the Key Largo instead, which is full of chicas. Aside from that, you are pretty much correct, and I think we did that pub crawl more than twice, and never ended up with any of the Chica bananas in the process. lol
I call for a re-run. Next January. You may be right about the Golden Horseshoe because I only remember one Chink. The one who paid for all that booze. LOL!
Be there or be square. I reserve the right to switch the date, as I may be meeting someone in Peru before spending some time in Boca Chica, Panama. I'll let you know. My liver waits.

BTW A friend of mine has been in Panama for the last week or so and he has found some new stomping grounds.
But I do drink Vodka. And sometimes Tequila. The latter usually involves women.
The strongest thing you drink are wine spritzers and it has been said two is your limit otherwise you are passed out under the table, puking all over yourself.

but don't let things get out of hand.
I've had a few disasters, a couple of which ended up with LE about, because the bottle got tipped back a wee too much.
On the other hand, there were also a few sessions that were enhanced a bit thanks to some grape.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy wine - thoroughly. Although, if given the option... whiskey, bourbon, or scotch. Always. My bar is stocked with it all.
Either beforehand or during......at least wladies who are so inclined. If the lady isn't interested, I won't imbibe
But feel free to start a new one.
Everything always goes best with a glass of champagne ( Prosecco is my fav)
