You have to much time on your hands if you keep rack of how often several women may post a duplicate photo over the course of a month. Sounds like a boring hobby to have.

Focus on your own pics, not whether another provider posted the same photo on the 3rd and 20th of the month. I'm sure you have better things in your life to give energy to than this.

Most providers take only so many pics. providers at some point start posting and reposting the same pics.  

Can u suggest putting in place a system that detects if the same pic has been posting more than once in the same month and prevent the user from posting the same pic over and over.  

Or make the contest only one week out of the month so providers don't feel compelled to keep posting the same pics over and over just to stay in contention

There are several members who follow the photo board and RAP the repeats.  

Sometimes a low tech solution works just fine.

But yeah, if they're posting the exact same pic multiple times in a calendar month, I'm surprised that they don't get reported and pulled.   If you see it, report it!  :-)

 
I know I saw someone mention that you can digitally add stuff in and then Poof!  It's considered a different photo from the one you posted yesterday.... but it is still the exact same photo with cartoony little add-ons.  

Is that what you're talking about?    

 
Like GaG said though, there''s already a low-tech "system" in place, reporting true duplicates when they catch 'em!  ;-

I'm pretty sure your suggestion would be pretty hard to implement. For one thing, TER doesn't host any pics, and  all the pics are just hot links to pics stored somewhere else, so I'm not sure how TER could put a system in place to detect duplicate photos.  Anyway they have a system in place. It's called the RAP button. :)
