Can it be done using any browserThere needs to be an "update button" for providers to use when they want to update a white list referral they have given to a client in the past. Presently a provider has to go to their referrals and delete the white list for that client then go to the clients white list and click the submit button. There should be an update button so as to eliminate the back and forth. It could be located on both pages.
It isn't difficult to use the present process but it is confusing and from time to time there are questions about it. I'm for eliminating as much confusion as possible and this would be of benefit to clients and providers alike.
It's super simple to do. I just open my referrals, then right click the username to open in a new tab. One click to delete the original whitelist, then two clicks to submit a new whitelist referral. Easy peasy. I don't think the process is inconvenient enough to justify adding an update button.

I don't know if it can be done using any browser, but it works fine in firefox and IE. When I use my phone for TER, I load the full site, not the mobile version, so I'm not sure if the same functionality is available on the mobile version. There is a link on the front page of the mobile version of TER that goes to the full site
