Have been having a couple of sessions with providers, and wanted to see if these couple of things can/should be added to a provider's info so hobbyist can have a better idea when seeing the provider...
1. Their fluency in English, which can greatly change the session experience
2. Their available days/times, so to choose providers that match up with hobbyist's schedule
3. Whether they take first time hobbyist, since many do require references

In addition, I've had multiple experiences of not hearing back after contacting a provider (both independent and agency), which I do find surprising. Is this common for other hobbyists?

1) I dunno. Hasn't been an issue for me. I would think this would be fairly easy to figure out from the reviews, but maybe not? I can see it possibly leading to confusion for admin when one guys says her English is practically incomprehensible and another says no, it was decent, etc. Whatever. Send it to admin as a feedback on the new version if you're serious about it.

2) This is much better left to her ads, website, p411, etc. It's subject to frequent and sudden changes and maybe she doesn't necessarily want everyone knowing anyways. Read her whole ad, site, profile carefully and if you don't see the info you need then ask her. TER is awesome but I don't think anyone sees it as a one stop shop for all your research.

3) See #2.

Just my two cents.

As to your question about never hearing back; this comes up somewhat frequently on the newbie board. Go over there and search for it and/or ask. You may well be doing something wrong. In general, unless you're dealing with unreliable bottom level gals, no, they don't ignore someone standing in line to give them money unless you've given them a reason to.

Good luck!
