When my dot.com stocks were worth 10 Times what they are now, I went on several longer trips (2-7 days) with ladies who's company I had enjoyed previously. And the most important thing that I can tell you is, you need to be sure before hand that you have some chemistry with the lady outside of the physical acts themselves. Realistically, you are not going to be actually in intimate physical activity for more than a handful of hours in each day, so you need to make certain that you click, at least to the point that you are enjoying yourself, during the OTHER times. And that, in all honesty, means that SHE needs to be enjoying HERSELF as well, because it's ALOT harder to maintain an illusion of happiness for 3 straight days, than it is for 1-2 hours at a pop.
Only YOU can know with whom you might click with. The smart and witty part of your requirement is not enough. She needs to also actually be a good time when she's spending time with YOU, and I mean outside of the bedroom.
I would never go on an extended travel date with someone with whom I had not spent AT LEAST a several hour date with previously, and even better, someone with whom I had spent MORE than ONE several hour date with, having lengthy conversations as well as more intimate moments with.
I can tell you from experience, that these types of long travel dates can be WONDERFUL, or, they can be intermineable, where you will be counting the minutes until you never see her again.
I agree with the chemistry thing...some ladies who would indulge you in some of the things you requested might have to get to know you first...alot of good providers don't have across the board policies on the things you mentioned and that for you guys is really a good thing. After all would you rather do those things with a lady that with holds them for when she feels really comfortable with a guy or one who just offers it to any one and everyone as SOP? If you have that kind of money to burn why don't you do some fact finding pre appointments. After all after the bedroom acrobats you have alot of time to kill and you want to enjoy it...
My experience has been that the excellent FS providers who offer the services SDSurfer19 mentioned, offer them to all the gentlemen they spend time with. Either you're an FS provider or you're not. If a provider needs to set up a petty set of rules (i.e. "holds them (BBBJTC, DFK, DATY)for when she feels really comfortable" as Gingergirl puts it) to determine which hobbyist receive her very best FS, then she should advertise as, "FS maybe, we'll see...."
FS does not mean that one has to provide services such as BBBJTC or DFK to everyone. DO you want a provider who will provide services like this to a guy who has a questionable sore or bump? What about the guy that a provider discovers is Bi-sexual and often see's TS providers? this has happened to me many times.
Then there are those with questionable oral health to consider as well. Quite frankly if you show up with a case of hard core stubble I might not be willing to do some things that I normally do because I will get rashed raw and look terrible for my next client. I am comfotable with many things with most people and with some a great deal more. The thing is there can be consequences for some of the services that are much more likely to happen with some and not others. It is why I don't have an across the board policy for some services.
My point in suggesting to look for those who do not have these services posted on their profile is merely that in his unique situation he may be able to find someone who would be willing with him that is not Known to offer these things to everyone.
Across the board offering of potentially risky services is not something alot of us feel comfortable with. Do we make exceptions? Sure and they are based on the individual and how he presents himself to us and how comfortable we feel with the situation. Besides for me it is not services that I am being paid for it is my time..afterall providing services would be illegal *wink*
Anyone who books with me has the benefit of being able to read my reviews and decide for themselves. Sometimes their experience is even better than what they imagined after reading my reviews...I would not however encourage him to tell everyone about special allowances I might have made.
Go to Eastern Europe!!
1) Enjoy a wonderful trip to Europe, see one or two countries you have never visited... like Chek Rep., Slovakia, or Hungary...
2) Enjoy one or more really beautiful babes for $50-$100 a night... and I am talking real beautiful. Of course there are dogs over there too, but you will have a choice.

If money is no object, fly to Austria, either Salzburg or Vienna, and try out the Bablyon Club. These two clubs are the most upscale, legal brothels in the world. The atmosphere is incredible.
