Oh no. That's Lakeside.

The Poway City Council is debating an ordinance that would put reporting requirements on motel management in an effort to reduce prostitution.

Personal note:  I lived in Poway for five years.  It is a nice town, but the County Deputy Sheriffs assigned to the Poway Substation will stop drivers with minimal or no "probable cause", which is what is legally required to stop a vehicle.  One reason is that they try to keep drunks from making it through town, up the "Poway Grade" and onto Highway 67, on which a lot of motorists have died.

When I said to one Deputy Sheriff that they were stopping motorists without probable cause, he responded, "You are probably right".

I am a resident, and also grew up attending the Poway unified school system, so I know this is possible & to the know it all provider's, "Good Luck!"

Poway is not a city you want to play with, they are very strict, and will prosecute prostitutes whom are utilizing their city to solicit prostitution.  If you look, like a duck & walk, like a duck, then your more, than likely a duck!

Quack!  Quack!
