They got the story direct from the horse's mouth. I found that story on Google, but nothing about the fuck up, which means most of the Trumpets' are in the dark. And, really, who's going to ping the whereabouts of any particular ship. For all tense and purposes, if the Navy hadn't released that picture, we'd all be in the dark about Trump's empty boast! 
World leaders, friends, allies, and enemies must be scratching their heads on this one.
So, Spicey should have said that that great armada was heading toward the Korean peninsula all along. They were just taking the long way around!
