In yet another display of his utter stupidity, Trump needed the GOP tax reform proposal reduced to a one page summary, which he still could not understand. It's not tax reform btw, it's just a top heavy tax cut for the wealthy under the provably false notion that trickle down economics will somehow work this time around. It's just going to be another failure for Trump.
He has no clue how the economy works, noatianally and globally. It appears he thinks he can file bankruptcy for America, as in defaulting on all our loans from China and thereby cause a complete global melt down. All while creating a nuclear holocaust in Japan and Korea. He is just not long for the office.

Logic and rationality are generally "in charge" of any discussion topic, if you need to view things as such. I'm not a big fan of Maxine, but she is clearly more intelligent and better informed than you and President Trump put together.
