and what do you base it on ? also we have a top 100 provider list yet I know one phx ladie that no longer works is listed and a few that have less than 20 reviews   my feeling is you can be great 20 times  but what about the long haul ? also one is listed that was a well known upsell with many complaints posted on the boards yet she is still in top 100 ....so how much do  you pay attention to the top 100 list when shopping?

What are you talking about? What people think the cost limit to high end is, or the content of the encounter? I think high end has less to do with what cost/hr then the standards that a lady holds herself too. She would also tend to hold her clients to a higher standard. There are a lot of ladies in the 300-500 range that are nothing more then escorts making a living by treating a man very well. Asking 500+ an hr doesn't make a lady high end if she doesn't have higher standards or offer a level of service that is higher then a lady asking for 300. IMHO I think that a high end lady is one who expects to be treated with a higher level of respect and dignity. In return she provides a service that matches or exceeds expectations. It really has nothing to do with price.

When I started the hobby, I used the Top 100 as a starting point and did research from there. I consider it to be like a suggestion box, not a manual.

When I'm looking at ads I assume as a guideline that anyone over 400 to be high-end. While I'm sure that not all are, my personal experience with the ones I've met with has been exceptional. On the other hand there are a number of providers I consider high-end whose donations are 300-350, and a few rare gems even lower, though usually that's temporary. It's not just about the numbers, any more than the Top 100 is an absolute ranking. To me high-end is a measure of beauty, style, dedication to pleasure, and pride of profession.

high priced.  It has nothing to do with service - there are absolutely wonderful ladies at both ends of the price scale.

Regarding the top 100 ... I may have looked at it once or twice but don't use that to make a choice.

As far as the top 100 provider list, since I travel a lot, I will look at it when I'm visiting a a city where I have no hobby experience. It's simply a starting point for doing research. If I see an ad or web site that states' a provider is in the the "top 100" it means nothing to me.  There are tons of providers who don't qualify (less than 20 reviews) who are great at what they do.

I think anyone that asks for 500+.  Kind of subjective.  Some places, 500 is norm, or even low norm.

I personally think high end means catering to the clients every sexual want, need and desire during the session, especially if he's discussed it with you or it's on your menu. if you can't do it or you upsell then you have no business charging high prices or even being in the industry, and you should go be a stripper.  Driller nailed it, if I'm treated respectful you get a freak in the sheets, if you're a douche you get kicked to the curb I have no patience for that behavior.

I take the common interpretation of the descriptor in "high-end provider" to refer to price. That's how the term is universally, especially in journalism.  So I took Victoria's question to mean what price point would *I* consider that.

I guess if I were Charlie Sheen I might say $1000 and above. :)

The best hour long session I've ever had was $200, with a well reviewed (mature) local lady.

The best multi-hour session, which included us going out to eat, was 3 1/2 hours for $325 with a well reviewed (very young) local lady.

The best session of all time was $400 for all evening and all night, including dinner, going out to clubs, shooting pool, etc. with an non-pro first-timer that I am now in an arrangement with.

With all that being said, there are some incredibly ladies here in the valley in the $300-$400 range (my usual target) The difference I see in their pricing and the ladies tha are slightly less is they often have better business practices, they put in more pre-session effort to prepare just for me, they are more professional in dealing with me, they are easier to contact, and  a few other things that completely justify their pricing.

But all in all, one can have a poor session at any price. And some of that depends on the client.

I looked at the websites from the Top 60, narrowed my list to 20, then a handful, and found 2 fantastic ladies....

One lady I knew I wanted to see for sure.  (At the time, she ad less than 20 reviews posted.)  The second lady is now my newest ATF, who I saw twice that week, when another appointment didn't work out.

Talking rate structure, I'd say 400 or higher, a range where I am very selective if I indulge....

I believe I looked at the top 100 when I first joined the site and have never looked again it's really meaningless to me I like what I like not what everyone else likes.  As for high end? I am not sure you can put a price on that never paid more than 500 in a night so maybe over that they do something different I don't understand but I have had great time and bad times in all price ranges.  In general the lower 100-200 range tend to like to get you in and out quicker but not always and the higher 300-500 will be more willing to spend extra time but again not always.  So I guess I don't really have a definition in my mind for that.  She can offer me anything and do it well at a higher price but if we don't "click" I may have just as good if not better with a very limited menu with someone I get along great with.  all depends on chemistry.
