I don't need the orange lettering. I do think having a lady who accepted of trying to keep this place lively would be great. The ladies we have posting here are great. Thing is things like photo threads are largely hit or miss, one week three of them the next none. Having a lady that would take it upon herself to keep this board could easier than I get one going and/or approach other ladies to post on one. It is awkward for me to do so, as they will just see a horny man begging for pics.

It appears there is no plans to implement the host/hostess program to this board at this time. I respect their reasons. I am a bit disappointed as having a hostess that would make sure picture themes got started would have been nice. It is a bit awkward for me to ask as every one knows I am a pervert, so it looks like I just want some eye candy (which is true, by the way) and is less effective.

What do you all think?

I think we got this board going without one, I think as long as new posts are going up and new picture threads are happening we don't need the host/hostess program. We may not be from the same area but we all have a lot in common. We all live in the TER wastelands. Most of our cities are smaller that the ones that got there own boards. We truly do have much in common. We can make this the best most supportive regional boards on TER..

I will like to thank all who read and post on this board. You all make posting here fun. Thanks. There are some that said this board is a waste. You are proving them wrong. Thank you. :)

LOL. We have been doing pretty good without one. Not totally true, because you kind of took on the role anyway, even if it wasn't official, and look how far we have come. We are no longer the TER wasteland! But I think once you kind of lit that spark, things started moving here, as mentioned in the post below. We actually have a bunch of regulars now!

Honestly I didn't see the host and hostesses of the Florida and Atlanta board making any difference there anyway. I am nowhere close to that part of the country, but I would check out those boards from time to time, and really didn't see it as an asset to the boards. Looks like they discontinued the hostesses there too. I am glad that swimtrekr is the host of the newbie board, as that board definitely can use a host. I think the legal board should have a host too (someone who is actually a lawyer), and the BDSM board could use one, but unless they actually bring back moderators the regional boards don't seem to really need hosts/hostesses.

although it would have been a nice jesture from TER. Besides, titles mean very little around here now. Just keep doing what you are doing. If you are enjoying yourself in leading this board, that is what really counts.

I have offered to help out all along, but I fear one thing, I don't want to look like a board stealer..Someone that posts to hear themselves post is a nuisance..

This board needs posts. The last three posts was from me. I have been spamming this board and people have been glad I have been. There has not been a photo thread in 8 days. We need someone to start one. I can't. So If you see no one has started a photo thread in the last few days start one if you wish to. (we can have one each day if you ladies wish it.) If you have a topic you think would make for a good discussion post it. I am sure it will be better received then yet anther post from me. Because at least it comes from a attractive lady rather than an ugly fat man.

By the way are you calling me a nuisance? You may be right. Best way to shut me up is for others to post more. So everyone post more.
