Is this standard that most places will quote you different prices?

Some girls' base rate is GFE and then they have an extra charge for Greek, for example.  It's all a case by case basis.

Did they screen you before hand? I wouldn't use a service that discusses prices.

I've seen gals offer a difference between GFE and massage, and GFE and PSE, but never non GFE.

So, I'd have to know what services that means.  Perhaps it is everything except FS?

i've seen it extra for GFE which to that provider meant kissing. both FS.

get a lot of different opinions on what constitutes the various acronyms regarding the types of services offered by providers.  The best way to find out what is offered is to read the reviews.  If there are no reviews on the provider, you should not be seeing her anyway.

I'm in nyc -- they quoted price over the phone -- and told me non GFE meant no DFK, no DATY, and no BBBJ.

I opted for the non gfe -- overall had a good time and it was exactly as advertised....
