I sort of remember mini reviews being done of on local discussion boards? Is this still so and does anyone have any info regarding?
There is a reason for me asking this and will let you know if someone can respond to my question.

These rules have always been in place (as long as I've been around anyway). The Mini must be for a touring provider. They are allowed because she may be gone before a regular review can be posted. See the link below for the Mini review Guidelines.
