Slight Update

I ran into the same issue a couple of months back.  TER approved my review within an hour of writing it.  When I went in to edit my mistake by the time I went to re-submit it the old one had already been approved.  I contacted them and was pretty much told to kick rocks.

Hey y'all, I hope this is the right spot for this question. I made a slight oopsie with a review I wrote in terms of a copy and paste error and left out a couple sentences in one section. Is there a way to get that updated after the review has been published or do I just have to leave it as is? It doesn't impact the scores or anything, but just it clearly ends mid-sentence.

Thanks for any help!

...what you want to do and why. They may say OK, they may not. You can look for their response by clicking the My Feedback link at the top of the  My TER page just under the tabs.

After your edit window is gone, you can use "contact us." Explain what you wish to change. If TER feels it is important enough they will put your review back in edit que and allow you to edit it. If they don't think your edit is important they will let it stand as is. (See davinci's reply)

a recent review because I had put that she smoked, but then she told me she doesn't smoke.
The smoke smell was left over from a previous client.
I used "contact us" and was able to edit right away.

Perhaps the other poster was told to suck rocks because the review had been up for months or the requested edit wasn't as important in the eyes of TER as smoking.

Just to put a bow on this, I was told not to worry about updating it, and that's fair enough. It wasn't anything major so I can see why it wouldn't be worth it, as again, it wasn't a big deal or anything that changed much. I just come off sounding a little like a crazy person as I end my thought mid-stream of consciousness.

...be well written too. But after you spend time reading some of the stuff guys have written in reviews here you'll think nothing of the simple mistake you made.
