We need to stop with the list of services being a determine factor for the attitude and atmosphere of the session. one of the Ms. TER's of 2016 is GFE and offers only CBJ. It is a deal breaker for a lot of men, but that doesn't make her less GFE.

Hi I'm Madison, I started an escort agency called Exotic Escape in the Jersey Shore area. Currently I'm working with a beautiful sweet, reliable and friendly woman name Victoria TER ID 315603. I joined TER in October and have posted a fews times.... Her ad gets over 400 veiws quickly but she's only gotten 1 client. What am I doing wrong?

So here are some of my thoughts. I browsed a few ad pages on the New Jersey boards and saw two other agencies you're competing with. I recognize one of them from other cities (xocompanions). A lot of hobbyists don't like dealing with agencies in general, especially new ones with not too much of a reputation yet. I believe that most guys prefer dealing with independent providers.

I looked up review and her lone review wasn't too stellar. Until last month, she was the first and only provider he reviewed, and guys may have seen that as suspicious. I know that most reviewers would want to see several reviews from "established hobbyists" to get a better idea of the provider before booking. The reviewer mentioned that she isn't really GFE, which is something a lot of guys want.

The ad you posted for her says "call/text for rates" which is really an extra step that guys might not want to take. Listing the rate might generate more appointment requests rather than endless calls/texts asking about her rates.

Moreover, your handle doesn't have "See Agency Profile" below it, and I'm not sure what the agency requirements are for that (I believe there's a FAQ on here for agencies).

Oh wow thank you so much for your response! Everything you said makes a lot of sense, I was so confused about why advertising wasn't going well. Again I'm new here and it will probably take some time to get established. Thanks again sweetie.

The one review indicates a one hour session at $200, this will attract a certain class of client, while chasing off others. Her/your ads indicate her two hour rate is $600 which will chase off the guys looking for a $200 date and leave other guys scratching their heads.

I would suggest you file a problem report with Admin to eliminate any potential confusion. A LOT of guys who are perfectly willing to pay your rates will think there is "something wrong" with a $200 girl and this could be what's hurting her/your business.

$200 / hr. while the website listing says $600 for 2 hrs. More importantly, the one review is not GFE. Many guys want BBBJ and she does not offer that (again, based on the profile and the one review). For that price point ($600 / 2 hrs.), it would be a deal breaker for me. Maybe the NJ market is different but she wouldn't do well in my area.

...still valid. CBJ is a deal breaker for most male clients that state a preference. Additionally I understood (as most others will) what the poster meant by saying she isn't GFE even though I don't consider GFE  a list of services. Many here do.

If you do not already have that.  Maybe at least on the weekends.  Outcalls in the Jersey suburbs are sometimes tough with nosey neighbors. Incall also allows visits if someone is out shopping at the hardware store.

-she only have one review, not enough information on her, no p411, no eros, and a quick google search doesn't give too much information whether she is real or not.

-you have an agency and your site is the free ones?

maybe you need to work on your marketing (A LOT) and things would start to moving better.

Just my .2 cents

?

The TER rate is $200/hr.  The website rate says $400/hr.  Plus only 1 review.  That review does, however, look legit.  I would roll the dice for 1 hour.  That does seem like an awfully poor conversion ratio.  I am assuming that you only offer outcall.  Outcall often times is a deal breaker for most people -- at least until a provider is somewhat established (say 10+ reviews).
