I wonder...

if perhaps the providers you contacted have not updated their profiles to indicate they are not newbie friendly.Especially since you said you looked on their websites and they do indeed require references.
I would suggest searching some more and when you see newbie friendly listed on P411 check their websites to make sure that they do indicate they are newbie friendly.
Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties.

I just recently was screened and approved for preferred 411 membership and have emailed three newbie friendly ladies from that site but have had no response from them.
I'm pretty sure they read my email because they all have logged onto the site after I emailed them.
Should I try to call newbie friendly ladies instead of emailing them?
Any advice on how to approach newbie friendly ladies on p411?

They need time to screen you, esp if you are a newb.  They have to check you out, just as you would check her out, hopefully.  If you don't hear from her in a reasosnanble time, send hlher another email.

always use the ' request for appointment ' feature on the site..they will respond to you..they face suspension from p411 if they dont..they usually respond within a few hours..

When you contacted the providers in question did you look at their websites first? It might let you know how they would like to be contacted. Some might prefer phone calls, some might prefer emails or messages via the P411 messaging system. It all depends on the provider on what is her preferred means of communication.
Are your emails explicit in anyway? Not saying this is what you sent but could be a reason for no response.Perhaps your email went into their spam folder or they just did not receive it.Technology is not perfect sometimes.Just because a provider has logged back into her P411 account does not necessarily mean that she received your email.I suggest sending the appointment request via P411 and also following up with sending a message through P411 messaging system as well.
Good luck to you and be patient.

I did look at their websites and all three wanted to be contacted by email first so I opted to email them through p411 because of course on their websites they didn't advertise newbie friendly, they wanted references.
I was not explicit in any way in my emails, just asking to set up an appointment, said I had read their reviews, but did compliment one lady on her beauty and another on her legs......is that out of line here?
On match.com those compliments would be standard first line openers and women would thank you for them.
I was signed up for automatic notification if a provider had viewed my profile on p411 and did not receive any such emails so maybe the providers never read my emails and the website is malfunctioning?
Should I do follow up phone calls?

No, probably useless since you haven't received anything back.  If their websites say they require references, that trumps everything else.  You have to find ladies on P411 who say they are newbie friendly on their profile, then check their websites.

Calling probably will make it worse if you didn't send in the required info.

Also, make sure you've turned your spam protection off in your email.  I get emails then can't respond to them sometimes.

All three said they were newbie friendly on p411, thats why I contacted them.
I just got an email from p411 admin and they said all the ladies received my emails in their personal email accounts and that if I wanted they would send them a reminder notice to respond.
I think I'll just move on to different newbie friendly ladies on p411 and see what happens.....I'm not a stalker.
Does anyone have any personal experience with these so called "newbie friendly" ladies on p411?

A compliment on a provider's beauty is not out of line IMO.

If you sent them a message ON P411, that is different than requesting an appointment, which is sent directly to their e-mail, & cannot be viewed while logged into P411. If you sent an appointment request, then it goes directly to their e-mail, & you have no way of knowing whether they received it or not, although I have never had a request NOT come to my e-mail through them. If you just sent them a message on P411, they may view you as a time waster, as you did not send an appt request, or a pre-screening request if you were not sure on the date you wanted.

I would email your chosen date prospect directly.  (set up a hotmail account vs using your normal email address).  State up front that you are a newbe, and do not have references, but are on p411, and would be willing to work with her to ensure her safety.

You will probably get some nos, but once you get a yes, you have a reference.  Not easy.  My first time, I finally was with lady #4.  Knowing what I know now, lady #4 would have risen higher in the order, but I was a newbie, as we all were at one time.

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties.

Find a Provider that's been around for a few years (newbies should never see newbies, k) send her the "request an appt" through your P411 acct. In the section marked "A message from this client" include identifying information:

Full Name
Employment Info (specific...don't act all shady and dance around the subject or she'll toss it in the trash)
Age, Weight, Race, Etc
Toss in a compliment
Make sure your message is short and sweet...(long drawn out messages that read like "War and Peace" get tossed due to being time consuming and gives to impression I being a very high maintenance client...jus sayin)

That'll work....!
