Go to your Favorites list, click in the box on the left...
...of their name, then scroll to the bottom of the list and click on the box that says "Delete Checked".
That kind'a sums it up. Delete someone.
... Click on the box to the left of the "Favorite" provider's name. Then click on Delete Checked below the list of favorites. It will ask you to confirm you really want to delete them. Then confirm. You can delete one or more at a time.
