If I got treatment like the reviewer says he did, missed and late for appointments, I think I would have given a pretty bad review too. But I'm glad you see this as a benefit for yourself.
The point is that if a provider that you personally know to be excellent and well reviewed by many others ,suddenly has a terrible review. It stands to reason that the problem is with the client's behavior not the provider's.Or do you believe there are no bad clients?
