There have been a lot of reviews about this agency ALWAYS, not once in a while, sending a different girl than the one advertised. Can this agency be flagged or something?

As individuals, we have to make the decisions on our own. Just because you may not get the girl that is photographed, does not equate them to being a rip off. I strongly disagree with tagging them as such. Just my HO.
In this case, it does constitute a rip-off.
The girls in the pictures are not the girls who work for them, so it's false advertising already.
Then a girl shows up claiming to be the girl requested. Just blatant deception.
Many AMP's do bait-and-switches too, including my fave, eassternpleasures, but that is more the exception than the rule. In newyorkten's case, it's the rule.
how are they still in business is my question? perhaps "kathy and sal" should change their name, because newyorktens is so tarnished. the photos all look like they are models from the internet or off of a swimsuit magazine.
Kathy and Sal several times via PM's and email to no avail.
I would steer clear.

They have a picture of one girl, Ashley, who almost looks like super-hottie Elisha Cuthbert. I'd go into debt to hit that.
