I've just never seen different pricing for each kind of service. I don't agree with your understanding of GFE. Growing up in the 70's and 80's the staple of porn was fucking bareback. Obviously that has changed and in todays world you are (in 99.9999% of the cases) simply not going to fuck a provider without a condom.
I am not sure what a provider offering a PSE does over several ladies who advertise as providing GFE. To me if a provider has a PSE rate and a GFE rate she is simply trying to upsell. I would be AFRAID that if I chose the GFE service the providers attitude would not nearly be as good (after all you are paying her only $400 for the hour instead of $700). Stay away from the ladies with two rates. There is no reason for them to charge it. You will find it wasnt worth it.
It's an upsell that suggests that any additional PSE action or emoting is basically acting on the provider's part. Exception: As Victoria points out, many providers charge a little extra for Greek, which makes sense esp if the provider takes the time and effort to prepare herself.
I have found that it is just an extra charge for Greek, not a mood change. Since these terms usually appear in ads, the provider is being more discreet and using a euphemism rather than coming out and advertising what it is specifically. I don't think there is any problem with this so I don't agree with the posts advising you to stay away.
