Blacklisting and being banned from a review site or board are two very separate things. Generally, being banned from a board is due to the person not following the rules of the board. Blacklisting occurs on other sites that are only used for that purpose. Blacklisting is generally used for violent offenses, threats, LE, NCNS, pimps, shorting of donations, and not respecting boundaries. Most providers use it to protect our safety. However, that does not mean that sometimes people use it for more trivial purposes unfortunately.
More than likely your request to be removed from the site was processed before you could change your mind and it has nothing to do with being blacklisted. The more credible you become through reviews, whitelisting, or references the better chances you will have to meet a provider. If you were blacklisted for something relatively harmless most ladies will be able to determine that quickly during your screening.
I might have been " blacklisted " from some providers and sites. I always try to look my best when seeing a provider, and on one occasion I had to cancel because I felt bad about how I looked. Another time I decided to cancel because the lady wasn't a good fit for me and seemed like a drug addict. I might have been banned from another site and/or account disabled because of some issues. To be fair at one point I did request to have my account deleted, though contacted the moderators to change my mind then all of a suddeni not be able to get on that site anymore. Has anyone been blacklisted before or had troubles with other hobby sites? Thank you.
The question of if or why you are blacklisted depends on the nature of your "sins".
On the two cancellations, how much advance notice did you give the ladies. If it was 24 hours or more you should have no problem. If it was at the last minute and you did not offer a cancellation fee then you are certainly at risk. If the ladies know each other that makes your risk worse.
On your dispute with a web site it depends entirely on the nature of the dispute. If it involved an accusation of bad behavior on your part (or you making an accusation against a provider) then you have a problem unless it was resolved amicably.
My advice is to find a provider who knows and likes you and ask her to check out the blacklist sites and tell you if you are on one. That is about the only way to get around the fact that hobbyists are not allowed on the serious blacklist sites.

My provider that I have seen multiple times gave me a good reference, so I'm going to be able to see this high class escort from San Francisco this coming week. I don't think I would be considered a problem client, maybe to one lady though. The other lady messaged me and was sympathetic to my issue, so I think I'm okay. I was not aware of any cancellation fees, so I will have to keep that in mind in the future.
