It is getting harder and harder to be discreet in making purchases outside the US. You can get cards that work but have to register them using a social security # to verify your identity. I'm not ready to try to create a second identity that will actually match to another ss#, so I try to find other ways to make things work. That has led me to look for places that allow purchases via money order or even cash. I think bitcoin may eventually be an answer, but I haven't looked into that yet because it's not widely accepted.

Am looking to join a website but the payment goes through Cyprus. I can't give out my personal banking info for obvious reasons. how do people belong to these types of sites? I find it hard to believe that they're all single people who have no reason to be discrete.
