There are two sides to every story, folks, and because I know Minna does not use TER, I'm here to tell hers.
If you look at my reviews you'll see I'm not shy about being negative when I feel it appropriate. Minna was completely cool and legit when I saw her and we have stayed in contact since. Johnny PM'd me with a lot of questions about Minna, which being the good fellow hobbyist I provided and then some. I texted Minna after seeing this post and she said Johnny made her uncomfortable so before they even got to her hotel room (so it's not like she was doing an outcall, how could she have "split" with the money?), she said never mind and canceled the visit.

... one likely scenario, based on your reviews of other providers, is that you told her you wanted her to do some acts not on her menu, e.g. BBBJ, DATY, and even BBFS. And if you did that, maybe you did it in a way that made the girl uncomfortable--uncomfortable enough to feel she was in danger.
All conjecture, of course... but I think a very plausible scenario based on your review history. Also consider she's only 20 and pretty new at this.

None the less, if the provider ran away with the money "because of creepy" she's guilty as charged.

There is a separate board for Rip offs that I suspect few people look at.
On the other hand, and much better, a performance score of 1 is "a total rip-off."
As I understand the rules, if you saw her and paid and had the experience that you said, you could write a review with a performance score of 1. That is not a mini review, it is a review. To be fair, she should be told this review is up so she can challenge it.
The most recent one was last updated a year and a half ago. But you are correct that so long as the hobbyist met the provider then he can write a review of her.
I've never been clear on this, but my imagination told me the way girls end up on the rip-off list is to say they're a rip-off in your review.
(It is possible to be ripped off without meeting the girl, in which case you wouldn't be allowed to post a review. But that would involve pre-paying, and guys who do that get what they deserve.)
A good friend of mine was a victim of Minna's around noon on Friday. He does not post on this site and was extremely scared after it happened. A short time after she swindled his money and he called her demanding his money be returned, the boyfriend got on the phone and threatened to kill him if he ever called Minna again. My friend believes that Minna targeted him because he was driving an expensive Mercedes and was wearing a wedding ring and figured he will not contact law enforcement.
